The Perch Park City is one of Park City's premier vacation rentals, offering a stunning combination of rustic luxury, exceptional in-town location and premium amenities.  This spacious six-bedroom home has over 5,500 square feet of living space, with sweeping views of downtown Park City and the mountains, all within a 3 minute walk to Main St.  It's  the perfect gathering spot for any season, from a family ski vacation to a summer reunion.

Even at 5,500 square feet, the residence is charming, warm and inviting. It boasts many modern amenities, including a top-floor game room with Billiards and Pinball, premium wi-fi and HD TV's, 4 fireplaces,  a hot tub, an indoor sauna, a giant Scrabble board, and a chef's kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The tastefully appointed bedrooms will make you feel right at home. Additionally, a 4 stage elevator is available for easy access between floors and for those with mobility issues.

Start your day by enjoying a cup of coffee from the large heated balcony overlooking the majestic views of Park City. Put on your gear and walk only steps to the shuttle which will transport you to any of the three local ski resorts. Unwind in the deep soaking hot tub or indoor sauna with a glass of wine.

Park City is a premier destination for some of the world’s best skiing and snowboarding, and over 250 miles of world-class biking trails.  The Perch is walking distance to the Town Ski Lift, and for Deer Valley and Canyons the Resort Shuttle stops are literally in front of our home.  Our ski rental partner, Ski Butlers, brings your gear right to the door, and gets you on the slopes faster for more time with friends and family.  

The Perch is pet-friendly with prior notice and a $200 pet fee.  We also have Pack n' plays, high chairs and baby gates for the little ones so you don't need to lug them along.
